How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please send an email to our customer service team at info@dustyrosa.store. Please include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. We will then provide you with all the necessary information for the return.

Return Costs

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
