Our Return Policy

At Dustyrosa, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our online customers. However, should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in a saleable condition with original labels and tags intact. Please note that we inspect all returns before processing refunds, and that final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for inclusion. 

Important Guidelines for Returns:

• Items must be tried on with care and returned in perfect condition.

• Returned items must be clean and free from any marks, including deodorant, perfume, fake tan, or makeup stains.

• Items must also be unworn, unwashed, and free of human or pet hair, dust, and debris.

• Hygiene stickers must remain attached and intact. For bodysuit styles, returns will not be accepted if hygiene stickers have been removed.

• Items returned in a non-saleable condition will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you. 

Additional Information:

• Products sold as sets (comprising two or more pieces) must be returned together. Ensure correct sizes are matched if multiple sizes were purchased, as incomplete or mismatched returns will not be refunded.

• We cannot be held responsible for non-Dustyrosa items mistakenly returned to our warehouse. If this occurs, please contact us promptly.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dustyrosa, info@dustyrosa.store) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. with an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Special Notes

If this contract is financed through a loan and you later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance the loan. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives). If you want to avoid any contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.
