However, please note that during periods of high demand, such as promotional events or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Kindly be advised that shipping time frames do not include the processing period. 

For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, which can be selected during checkout.

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or delivery method are generally not possible. If adjustments are necessary, please contact us at info@dustyrosa.store as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Taxes & Duties

We are pleased to serve customers globally and ship to a wide range of international destinations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees as determined by your country’s regulations. These additional charges are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

At checkout, any applicable sales tax (for domestic orders) and shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total.

For international shipments, payment of customs duties and fees is required upon the package's arrival in your country. If these charges are not paid, the package will be returned to us. In such instances, we will issue a refund for the order amount, minus the shipping costs.
